I took elaborate notes as I followed any “Pennsylvania news” after Dec 2020. I’d initially planned to do an elaborate blogpost timeline explaining the sequence of events. Instead I will just share some of my clippings grouped by subject but not in chronological order. You can skim the pictures on this page (without needing to read the words on this page) to get the general idea

Archive.org splash page in Dec 2020.

As I was trolling through the archive.org cached data, this seemed like an odd synchronicity. I didnt see it on any other pages at the time.

Who organized the “Count Every Ballot” campaign?

It seemed to spontaneously erupt everywhere, with quite a few of the news reports focusing on Pennsylvania and Philadelphia.

Given what I had seen in the data (which you have now also seen) it seemed very odd for there to be a FOCUSED campaign specifically for this issue, especially after ballot access had been made the easiest in US history (for the pandemic).

Well, what if this is actually a “surface” (peshat) interpretation of the protests. What if the “higher order” parts of our brains try to compassionately guess at the motivations for the protests. What if our brains just fill-in-the-blank for something it hasn’t actually seen (the SPECIFIC event that justifies the need for the protests in the first place).

“Surely all these protestors saw something I didnt or know something I don’t. Surely this Protest must be a rightous response to a valid grievance. They wouldn’t be Protesting for no reason.”

Kinda the way our brain can skip over missng letters. Or how magic tricks work. Our brain just fills-in what it thought it saw.

2ec1f29da8f41248e3dc9c22292b8c97.png

But what if the motivations for the protests are much more base. What if the sub-rosa derash interpretation of the protests was that this was simply a pressure campaign to get officials to turn off even basic filters and LITERALLY count every ballot?

To literally count. Every. Single. One. Even the wrinkled brown rotten one at the bottom of the potato chip bag. To even count the ones that any rational person would agree were obviously uncountable?

The only reason we should entertain this possibility is because it would perfectly explain some of the data we see in the raw dataset. If the protections were turned off, we’d see wild Dates-Of-Birth, anachronistic “sent/received” dates, and maybe even discover the largest population of the World’s oldest people. All living in one U.S. state like we saw in the raw dataset

And like a magicians hand, the actual purpose of the protest message (to pressure officials to disable protections) would remain hidden in plain sight behind what our conscious mind thought it saw: a righteous protest. Right?

Dick Gregory and the 60’s

Dick Gregory (a Black comedian) was talking about oddities in elections (especially in Pennsylvania) when he died a couple year ago. d1b061c4793c409c77294515f1423de9.png 92ad0398ab7bae26a17bf939fd33c369.png

When asked why he knew this in an interview he said:

“because I know too much, I saw it happen, I saw them try to steal one but they made a mistake”

He is referring to when he ran as a write-in in Pennsylvania in 1968 and he miraculously “won” 9 Million votes and the Election in 1968. They later attributed it to a computer glitch.

The 9 million anomalous votes were declared a computer glitch, but a forensic “post-mortem” later found no serious problems with the system.

Side Note: J Edgar Hoover was also up to shennanigans against Dick Gregory’s political comedy (don’t get me started on J Edgar Hoover and all his stuff lol ;-) https://www.newspapers.com/browse/united-states/illinois/chicago/chicago-tribune_4351/1978/03/10/ 419c7da8b53a40dfbfe035982412be9e.png

I watched everything…

including the hours-long livestream of the Pennsylvania “Public Comment” period.

It seemed odd because Gina Haspell had also resigned a week or so prior.

(disregard the photo, yahoo messed up that coverphoto, that’s Avril Haines…i could actually fill another whole page on her, but I wont, I’ll just note that she was at the now infamous “dress rehearsal” pretty wild stuff)

PA Update June 2022

This stuff is happening “quietly” all over the country but media not presenting it prominently and connecting all the events together. https://www.justice.gov/usao-edpa/pr/former-us-congressman-and-philadelphia-political-operative-pleads-guilty-election-fraud

“After receiving payments ranging from between $300 to $5,000 per election from Myers, Demuro would add fraudulent votes on the voting machine – also known as “ringing up” votes – for Myers’ clients and preferred candidates, thereby diluting the value of ballots cast by actual voters.”

I followed all the court cases

The Texas v Pennsylvania was by far the most eloquent and relevant to the data. https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/sites/default/files/images/admin/2020/Press/SCOTUSFiling.pdf eaf99dd67e6952b52a7c0bae7cc617c3.png

My second favorite is the Alito dissent to a later case.

That whole Rudy Guiliani news cycle started in Pennsylvania

Guiliani and Sidney Powell held the infamous “hair dye” press conference in Pennsylvania. The media dragged him horribly but he and Doug Mastriano were the only ones I could find that were discussing some of the things we see here in the data. Screenshot 2020-11-22 at 13.48.04.png

24 Nov 2020

  • On or about 20Nov PA Republican Senators along with Pennsylvania Republican Party filed a lawsuit claiming that “ACT 77” from 2019 (which loosened mail-in ballots) was unconstitutional, because it did so without amending the state constitution (which is how all election rules were done previously, the most recent of which being in 1967). What’s weird is that BOTH democrats AND republican legislators agreed to do this back then.

  • The Democrat Governor Tom Wolfe and Democrat Secretary of State Kathy Bookvar both appealed immediately

  • As a result of the appeal, McCullough also released a statement (“memorandum opinion” which was necessary as a response to the appeal) 780607c7ffeab8ae5f1436f0b175e0cb.png

  • Apparently in October of 2020 the Republican Party of Pennsulvania asked the U.S. Supreme Court to issue a “Writ of Certiorari” (which is “the request to be informed” which is how the Federal Supreme Court requests details of a case from a lower court, to consider trying it themselves) to look into the Constitutionality of “Act 77” a law passed in 2019 (bi-partisanly) to loosen mail-in ballots.
  • The Petition for Writ of Certiorari was rejected by Alito of the U.S. Supreme Court back in october 20-542_i3dj.pdf

P.S. Are we really expected to believe that the kind of person that throws firebombs at government buildings for weeks on end would also somehow have the self-restraint to not quietly photocopy and re-send official government mail?

Is that the “officially” acceptable rationale?
